Refund policy

30 days, no questions asked.

If Shelfpane Pro is not for you, email support@shelfpane.com from the address you bought with, within 30 days of purchase, and say "refund". You get the full amount back through Polar to your original payment method, usually within a week, and your licence key is switched off. If claude.ai changes and Shelfpane stays broken for more than a week, that 30-day window does not apply — ask and you get a refund.
